St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC), formerly a part of St. Joseph’s College, established in the year 1882, is managed by the Bangalore Jesuit Educational Society (BJES). The BJES is a unit of a Catholic religious order called the Society of Jesus founded by St. Ignatius of Loyola in 1540.
Since its inception, the college has offered diverse programmes in Commerce and Management. In 2022, the college transitioned into a multidisciplinary college with the integration of two new undergraduate programmes: B.A. English (Hons) and B.Sc. Economics (Hons).
