Jul 1, 2024 · I'm totally frustrated with blue dart services. 3 days ago my parcel was scheduled to be delivered but they cancelled it saying address issue even though i confirmed my address and it was thoroughly correct. 3 days have passed and i called the customer care like hundreds of times but they haven't taken any action against them.
Jul 1, 2024 · Blue dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts. I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported premises closed. There are no phone calls. No point of contact. And the customer care even is not reachable. This is the second time the shipment is being redirected.

Jul 1, 2024 · This is Blue Dart tracking number: [protected]. I didnt receive my product but I received SMS stating that it has been delivered. I emailed Bluedart customer service and they mentioned that it has been package was delivered on 12th November 2021 at 13:55 to me.
Jul 1, 2024 · Delivery boy for waybill: [protected] arrived at Ecospace Rajarhat Kolkata without any prior notification today. I was in a meeting. When asked to wait for 15-20 minutes since, I was not ready, he says he will not stay for more than 5 minutes whereas blue dart makes 100s of deliveries to this address and the same delivery boys stay for a period of over 2 hours to complete all their deliveries.
