the reason i would explore this area is the Mandarake shop at 2nd floor of Nakano Broadway building where the only place in Tokyo you could find a comprehensive collections of Transformers toys from G1 to the current ones, new or used. besides that there are plenty more of other Japanese toys too. a must visit for toy lovers.
