May 2, 2023 · The Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, has launched the scheme, “Vivad se Vishwas I – Relief to MSMEs” for providing relief to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for COVID-19 period. The scheme was announced in the Union Budget 2023-24 by Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.
Jul 25, 2020 · DTVSV Scheme was announced in Budget 2020 as “No Dispute but Trust Scheme-Vivad se Vishwas Scheme” to settle pending disputes relating to direct taxes. It is an attempt to release 9.32 trillion (as on 30 th Nov 2019) blocked in approximately 483000 appeals pending at various appellate forums.

The Vivad se Vishwas Scheme I will provide access to institutional financing to MSMEs. The return of the performance guarantee or bid fee paid to secure government or government undertaking tenders will increase the capital of MSMEs.

Feb 8, 2024 · The Ministry has also notified its separate Vivad Se Vishwas II Scheme with extended cut-off dates, namely, 30.09.2023 for Arbitral Award and 31.12.2023 for Court Order, with the last date of application as 31st March, 2024.
