Oct 26, 2004 · Frankenfish moves along at a fast pace; whilst this allows a lot to be crammed in to the film's 121 minutes it does mean that there is very little time for character development and the result is, that despite reasonable acting, you don't care about any of the characters so when our fishy friends start tucking in the viewer doesn't feel any emotion.
