Though slow in pace, 'Chashme Buddoor' has a certain charm and tells the story of the common people. The characters are easily relatable and their situations, though at times a bit exaggerated, are identifiable. The problem is the over-the-topness, especially at the end, what with the kidnap-followed-by-fight sequence.
