(hereinafter referred to as CSG) was established on December 29th, 2002 in accordance with “The Power Sector De-regulatory Reform Program” promulgated by the State Council of China. CSG invests, constructs and operates power networks in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hainan provinces and regions.
