Kazimierz Deyna (Polish pronunciation: [kaˈʑimjɛʐ ˈdɛjna]; 23 October 1947 – 1 September 1989) was a Polish professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder in the playmaker role and was one of the most highly regarded players of his generation, due to his excellent vision.

An offensive midfielder, Kazimierz Deyna is often considered the greatest ever Polish footballer. He started in 1966 for ŁKS Łódź but was quickly acquired by Legia Warszawa. He played with Legia through 1978, before moving to the English Premier League with Manchester City for three years.
