James Gibb took over the factoring of my development (Commonwealth village, Glasgow) and since then I have seen a real decline in the way the area is being maintained. Weeding is non existent grass cutting infrequent. Hedges and common areas not being maintained. Hogweed and Horsetail weed not being managed.
