To permanently delete your account from Accounts Center: Click More in the bottom left, then click Settings. Click Accounts Center, then click Personal details.
Click the account you'd like to permanently delete. Click Delete account, then click Continue. After your account is deleted, you can sign up again with the same username or add that username to another account as long as it hasn't been taken by a new person on Instagram.
If you want to delete your Instagram account, you should know the difference between deleting and deactivating it.
