Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) was established in 2005. It was established under the provision of the KKHSOU, Act’ 2005 which was enacted by the Govt. of Assam & published in the Assam Gazette. It is the fourteenth of its kind along with IGNOU and the only state Open University in the entire NE India.
Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) offers a variety of courses for admission. Programs like BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, MA, M.Com, MBA, M.Phil & Ph.D are offered for admission.
