What is the ASEEM Portal? The ASEEM Portal is an online portal to help skilled people find sustainable livelihood opportunities. It was launched by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in 2020 to provide job opportunities to migrant labourers returning from their place of work in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
