Admission Requirements. Official high school transcript or GED. Must have a minimum of 2.0 unweighted high school GPA on a 4.0 scale. Submission of official ACT or SAT scores is optional. Test scores will only be considered if they are helpful to the student. Earned fewer than 24 semester hours of college credit to start GovState as a freshman.
