Joel Soisson is a film producer, director and screenwriter. He has worked on several horror film franchises beginning with the 1985 movie A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge in which he was a line producer. Joel has also worked on movies within the Maniac Cop, Prophecy, Dracula 2000, Pulse and Children of the Corn franchises. Joel made his directorial debut with the 2005 direct-to-video film The Prophecy: Uprising as well as it's immediate sequel, The Prophecy: Forsaken, released
