Lee William Tockar is a Canadian voice actor and visual artist who works for several studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is also a writer of children's literature, a musician, sculptor, illustrator and collected painter. He voiced Moori during the Cell Games Saga and Kid Buu Saga in the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z (after Don Brown and Scott McNeil), and is set to voice Frieza in the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai.
