Dwain Worrell is a filmmaker, Chinese interpreter, and novelist. The Barbadian native now works as a film and television writer and producer in Los Angeles. His writing credits include Marvel’s Iron Fist, CBS’s Fire Country, and the Disney+ series National Treasure, among others.
I enjoyed this post-apocalyptic, military fiction, science fiction fantasy, story from debut novelist, Dwain Worrell. He created a compelling mix of suspense and intriguing characters. The concept was well executed and even though the plot was repetitive in some instances, this novel kept me reading until the end.

May 12, 2017 · Prior to The Wall, Worrell wrote screenplays for the hybrid horror movie Walking the Dead (2010), and the thriller Operator (2015). On the strength of the screenplay for The Wall – it was featured on the 2014 Black List – Worrell his seen increased interest in his upcoming projects, and was hired as a member of the writing team for the Marvel superhero series Iron Fist on Netflix.
