Background: Once a major supplier of TV movies and miniseries, Citadel Entertainment was founded in 1986 by producers Robert Cooper and David Ginsburg. In 1991, Citadel was sold to HBO, which in turn sold a half-interest in the company to UK's Anglia Television two years later.
