Sep 25, 2012 · But one thing I've noticed lately is how many of these classics (movies we're watching 60+ years later) have really weak plots or feature some very bad acting. I'm sorry, but after watching Gilda last night, I have to say that the acting is pretty terrible, the plot (tungsten mining conspiracy?) is laughable, and Glenn Ford is miscast terribly.
