Season One
From Dubrovnik, The Maester of Dubrovnik arrives with his Maenisters, Ergo and Anso, at Pentaverate HQ and states he is there to investigate the death of Jason Eccleston. The Maester is about to start the autopsy of Jason. He wonders why Patty thinks he was murdered and Patty reveals that Jason used to have beautiful brown eyes, but his eyes are now blue. During the autopsy of what Jason ate, Anso believes he was poisoned. The Maester tells him to not assume, however as they don't have much time, they conclude that its murder. The Maester of Dubrovnik explains that both Jason and Hobart had their eyes turn blue, which makes him conclude that they were poisoned. The poison is likely sap of tree native in Dubrovnik, the Donette tree. The Master states that anyone of the Pentaverate members could be the murderer. Mishu Ivanov knows the Maester's book, but Mishu gets annoyed as each time poison is mentioned its always the Russian to blame. The Maester tells Bruce Baldwin that he is master of faking deaths, but he states he loved Jason and gave him his first companion doll. The Maester questions Lordington if the new members are threat to his position as Centralis, but he denies it, stating he had been leading the organization for over 50 years. The Maester questions Shep Gordon if he gets stoned with Jason, and he confirms, but states that stoned people don't fight, they ate. Skip wonders about him, suggesting he could have used a time machine, but the Maester tells him to not bait him or he will plug his eyes out. Later, Bruce explains that the Maester, Bruce and Mishu have a proposal. The Maester is sure that the killer will be found, but for extra protection he installs a highly elite security force, the Red Robes. As the Red Robes enter armed with machine guns and rocket launchers, Pikeman comes angry, wondering who are they. He ends in an argument with the Maester, who states he outranks him. Lordington stops the argument and explains to Pikeman that the Red Robes are just extra security, but that still leaves Pikeman angry. Soon, Exalted Pikeman Higgins and Ken Scarborough, find the Maester, along with Ergo and Anso, dead. The Maester had wrote Parce Clavem with his blood, which Pikeman sees as a sign.
