Shankersinh Vaghela (born 21 July 1940) is an Indian politician and former Chief Minister of Gujarat from. He was also the Leader of Opposition in 13th Gujarat Legislative Assembly . Vagela started his political career with the Jana Sangh , which later merged into the Janata Party in 1977.
