Brigadier General Ralph Thomas "Tom" Browning (25 October 1941 – 7 July 2018) was a United States Air Force command pilot and a prisoner of war (POW) during the Vietnam War. He commanded two air divisions during his career, and was commander of the 58th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.
