I rewatched Ayan after about a decade. Opinion. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it still holds up today. The entire soundtrack by Harris maams was a banger, the writing was very smart, the screenplay was racy, heck even the romantic portions weren’t straight up cringe like most movies lmao.

Oct 11, 2022 · This is my guilty pleasure movie, snippy screenplay, good music, and has good repeat value. As a film though, the plot is threadbare, and KV Anand seemed to be more interested in showcasing his research on smuggling rather than tell a compelling story of the protagonist.
