Omagh (/ ˈoʊmə, ˈoʊmɑː /; [3] from Irish: An Ómaigh [ənˠ ˈoːmˠiː], meaning 'the virgin plain') [4] is the county town of County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is situated where the rivers Drumragh and Camowen meet to form the Strule.
