On the edge of Kirkby Town and the beginning of the Fazakerley area is Lime Tree Woods which is a beautiful wooded area that has some nice pathways through it that makes for a nice peaceful walk ,nice views of the River Alt and its very photogenic,especially in winter , its most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the Kirkby Town area .
