I recently watched Superbad, after noticing the IMDB score of 7.7 and Rotten Tomatoes score of 84%. I did think the film was well made, but there were only a few scenes which were really funny, and I enjoyed American Pie much more. For a movie that highly rated, I would have thought it would be one of the funniest comedy movies of all time.
Superbad is a 2007 American coming-of-age teen buddy comedy film directed by Greg Mottola, written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, and produced by Judd Apatow. It stars Jonah Hill and Michael Cera as Seth and Evan, two teenagers about to graduate from high school .
