Junoon boasts of good production values and a strong cast for a movie of the early 90's. Vishesh Films usually deliver films of good quality and with Mahesh Bhatt at the helm of Junoon, it turns out to be a very good flick.
7/10. Junoon is a beautiful, sad and compelling film. ankit-bit-73 20 January 2012. Adapted from Ruskin Bond's novel, Flight of the Pigeons, is a story about a Pathan,Javed Khan (played by Shashi Kapoor),who is an imposing, proud man rendered feeble by his obsession.
JUNOON is interesting but too much melodrama for a horror film. The transformations from man to tiger are pretty great but the first two acts of the movie are nothing like the 3rd. JUNOON sets up the story pretty well of a cursed tiger that passes the curse to the one that kills it.
