Why is the fellowship program for 23 months and not a year or three years? Gandhi Fellowship is an intensive, experiential, 2-year residential professional program in Transformational Leadership that helps talented young people learn all the necessary soft skills to sustain in the 21st century.
Sep 19, 2024 · Initially, the Fellowship will be offered for three months. Subsequently, extension may be granted (up to maximum two years) based on performance and recommendation of the competent authority. Honorarium: A nominal stipend will be paid to selected fellows every month (not more than 20,000/- Rs. per month).
