No worries, it totally holds up. It’s a fun movie and I totally enjoyed watching it again. It totally succeeded at what it was trying to be. Still highly entertaining. Also, if you like this you should also enjoy The Replacements with Keanu Reeves. It’s kind of the same movie, but at the pro football level.

Stilted, unnatural and the best acting is done by those who have to read the ill fitting, almost hilarious at times, dialogue. The acting is: the worst. Stumbling and bumbling from scene to scene it would be painful if at the same time it wasn't comical. The story is: the worst, it doesn't even make any sense.
