Subaskaran Allirajah (born 2 March 1972) is a British-Sri Lankan Tamil entrepreneur. He is the founder and chairman of Lycamobile , a telecommunications company. It still sells calling cards to wholesalers, only a tiny part of their business empire. In 2006, Subaskaran founded Lycamobile, a mobile virtual network operator.
