Subaskaran Allirajah (born 2 March 1972) is a British-Sri Lankan Tamil entrepreneur. He is the founder and chairman of Lycamobile , a telecommunications company. Later their distribution branched to Europe, the U.K. and the U.S. Subaskaran moved to the U.K. and in 2002 formed Lycatel, named after his sister Leka. It still sells calling cards to wholesalers, only a tiny part of their business empire. In 2006, Subaskaran founded Lycamobile, a mobile virtual network operator.
