Theodore John Kaczynski (/ k ə ˈ z ɪ n s k i / ⓘ kə-ZIN-skee; May 22, 1942 – June 10, 2023), also known as the Unabomber (/ ˈ j uː n ə b ɒ m ər / ⓘ YOO-nə-bom-ər), was an American mathematician and domestic terrorist.
