Brooks Savage is the 19th head coach of the ETSU men's basketball program, returning to Johnson City after serving as an assistant at Wake Forest. He has extensive experience in the SoCon and ACC, coaching 32 all-conference players and helping teams win 20 or more games in seven of the last nine seasons.
Brooks Savage joined the Wake Forest basketball staff in May 2020 after a highly successful five-year stint as an assistant coach at East Tennessee State alongside head coach Steve Forbes. Three seasons in at Wake Forest, Wake Forest is coming off its first appearance in the Quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament since 2009 to end the 2022-23 season.
