May 4, 2016 · Appreciate your constant updates of gameconfig brother. I have just spent two hours trying to work out WTF is going on with my game lol. I can load sp with no mods folder and menyoo and scripts folder.

Oct 25, 2023 · 1) Select GAMECONFIG for your version of GTA 5. The GAMECONFIG version must be the same as the GTA 5 version. Install OpenIV. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv. Enable the Edit mode button in the OpenIV program and transfer the selected version of the GAMECONFIG file to the OpenIV program.
GTA V version 2612, update from April 2022, requires this modified gameconfig.xml, and both the Heap Limit Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster for add-on DLCs to work.
This repository serves as a central location for known-working gameconfig files for each GTA V update. Files based on gameconfig releases by Dilapidated on gta5-mods . The versions folder has a folder for each supported GTA V build number, containing the gameconfig.xml for that game version.

Oct 14, 2019 · A modified gameconfig is required for most add-on mods. We recommend installing this gameconfig using LML ( Lenny's Mod Loader ). If you are using LML, you can install this package using the Mod Manager, and it will load a working gameconfig.xml for the latest game version.
Jan 15, 2016 · I downloaded moded gameconfig.xml file and my game starter crashing when loading. I unninstaled Asi Loader from OpenIV and deleted mods folder from original gta v. I lost all the mods, but i fixed the game and now I can download the mods again.
