Davis King has provided two ways to add the latest python dlib (19.17.0) to any python environment in Windows 10 for me. Note, I run several Linux configs in Oracle VirtualBox but Windows 10 is my native OS which has access to the Nvidia GPU so i need an install on Windows 10.
