For EPR Authorisation producers as defined below are required to apply in form – 1 of the above said rules to CPCB. This on-line E-Waste Management System is a on-line portal where applicant producers can apply on-line for grant of EPR Authorisation.
According to the Rules, Producers, Recyclers, and Refurbishers of Battery shall have to register through the online centralized portal developed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). Recyclers and Refurbishers shall also have to register with the concerned SPCB/PCC on this centralized portal developed by CPCB.
EPR Action Plan for PWM has to be submitted by PIBOs(those operating in more than two states) for obtaining registration from CPCB. PIBOs shall fulfill EPR in all the States/UTs in which they are introducing their products.
