The Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), formerly Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), is a production unit of Indian Railways situated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. DLW stopped manufacturing diesel locomotives in 2019 and was renamed BLW in 2020.

A total of 367 locomotives were manufactured this Financial year including 04 locomotives exported to Mozambique. BLW received 60.68 crores from exported locos in the financial year 2021-22.
