Raj Kumar Singh (born 20 December 1952) is a former Indian bureaucrat and former Union Cabinet Minister in the Government of India (2014 - 2024). He was the Member of the Indian Parliament for Arrah , Bihar , from May 2014 to 4 June 2024.
