HCL provides a portal (https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx) so that ex-employee can log in and download important documents and also an employee can fill out the transfer application to transfer the PF amount. Below are the steps to fill out the application form.

You can just login to the epf portal and withdraw or request a transfer. However you can also walk-in to local epf office and fill a form manually and submit for withdrawal or transfer.
