May 16, 2020 · Key Highlights. Rythu Bharosa is a state-level welfare scheme launched by the Andhra Pradesh government to extend financial assistance to the farmers. The scheme was launched in 2019 and was a part of YSRCP election manifesto. Around 49 lakh families will reap the benefit of this scheme.
