Kotappakonda also known as Kotappakonda Sri Trikoteswara Swami Temple is a holy hill, situated in Palnadu district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located 20 kilometers from Narasaraopet and Chilakaluripet city and 62 kilometers south west of Guntur City.
History. According to the inscriptions, the temple was in existence even before 1172 A.D. Among several kings who ruled the place Sri Krishna Deva Raya gifted large chunks of lands for the maintenance of the temple. The Zamindars of Narsaraopet Chilakuripet, Amaravathi and several others, have donated liberally for the development of the temple.
