The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act) provides speedy redressal to lenders and borrowers through filing of Original Applications (OAs) in Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and appeals in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs).
Jan 1, 2016 · – The Tribunals shall upload cause lists, daily orders, final orders and carry out electronic issuance and e-service of directions and intimations through the e-DRT system on a regular basis, as per the procedure adopted by the Tribunals under Section 22 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993.
