The blackberry z10's APN isn't compatible with the network. The blackberry z10 is actually a pretty nice smartphone. It is light weight, takes a good picture, is relatively simple to use and I seem to like it enough to keep it regardless of the incompatibility issue with the network. The smartphone is not overly complicated, but there are enough options and software to make for a very nice higher end smartphone.
