Every applicant, including children/infants, has to submit his/her Croatian visa application in person and by appointment only on their appointment date, which needs to be booked online (see-----) by the applicant or parent (for minors).
WHERE TO APPLY? Visa application is submitted at the embassy/consulate of the Schengen area Member State that is the main destination of the travel. If the main destination of the travel is Croatia, the visa application is submitted at the competent Croatian embassy/consulate or at VFS Global Visa Application Center.
From 5th June 2015, applications for Croatian visa can be submitted through VFS Centres (addresses as below) in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. If applicants wish to submit the applications directly to the Embassy, the working hours with applicants are- Monday to Friday - 10.00 hrs. – 12.00 hrs.
