Horsens ( Danish pronunciation: [ˈhɒːsn̩s]) is a city on the east coast of the Jutland region of Denmark. It is the seat of the Horsens municipality. The city's population is 63,903 (1 January 2024) and the municipality's population is 96,480 (as of 1 January 2023 ), making it the 7th largest city in Denmark.

Founded in the 11th or 12th century, Horsens was a fortified town with several monasteries. The port received its first market charter in 1442 and had become a commercial centre by the 18th century.
