About Us. Surge Components, Incorporated was founded in 1981, and has grown into a leading supplier of electronic component products. Surge’s current product portfolio includes aluminum electrolytic capacitors, film capacitors, MLCC, discrete semiconductors, and switches.
Our teams help scale startups to Fortune 500 companies across the world with an open mind and the willingness to constantly test and learn. Internships are paid and go on for six months. Intakes happen twice a year — in September and March, and applications open 4 to 8 weeks before the program begins.
