May 30, 2022 · My aquaguard water purified classic moder is under annual maintenance contract with compnay Eureka Forbed Ltd. The water flow was very slow hence complaint lodged on 27.4.22 and their tecghnician visited and from next day unit stopped working for which again complaint was lodged. Thereafter till date no technician visited for repair.

Eureka forbes water purifier are bad. Eureka forbes business model is to cheat the customer out of money, without any guidance. I bought an UV UF filter with Active zinc copper in Dec 2022. During install 2 issues were there. 1. The tap was replaced with a plastic extension which broke in 6 months. 2.

Trying to raise this to Eureka Forbes via email (5), requests on their portal (4) and also on consumer grievance forum (2). They have been closing all my requests without consulting me or reaching out to me.

I'm totally done with Eureka Forbes, they've minted 4k/year from me in the past 3 years. And no way the filters go bad so soon, in Mumbai tap water is generally clean(er), the filter is a precaution. Older aquaguard models needed filter changes once in 18months or so, this shit is planned obsolescence.

Since then, its been almost 2 months and I've got not a single update on the resolution. from the customer service I've raised 3 complaints on aquaguard customer service, wrote emails on their escalation channels (Deepa customer care and the CEO escaltion).
