Each meeting has a unique 9, 10, or 11-digit number called a meeting ID that will be required to join a Zoom meeting. If you are joining by telephone, you will need the teleconferencing number provided in the invite.

You may receive a Zoom meeting invite link through an email, calendar invitation, or directly from the meeting host. The invite link is a web address that includes the meeting ID and can oftentimes include an embedded passcode, allowing participants to join more quickly.
If you are seeing an invalid meeting ID message when trying to start your meeting, it is likely that the meeting ID has expired or was deleted. As the host of the meeting, check if the meeting ID appears on the meetings page in the Zoom web portal.
