Dec 30, 2019 · That is the issue. Currently, Alexa app is not available to your country. If you want to download the app you would need to do a workaround of changing your region. Amazon has not made the Alexa app available to your country/region yet.

I was first using it on windows 10 and then I 'upgraded' (joke!!) to windows 11 and it still worked fine for months. Then, suddenly, in early December, a windows 11 update occurred and now I cannot Drop-In, Call or Video Call anymore!- in Alexa app!
