Jagdish Chandra Mahindra (1892–1951) was an Indian industrialist and co-founder of Mahindra & Mahindra in 1945, with Kailash Chandra Mahindra and Malik Ghulam Mohammed. He is the grandfather of Anand Mahindra, the present Chairman of Mahindra Group.
After the demise of the company's co-founder, KC Mahindra, Mr. Keshub Mahindra becomes the second Chairman of M&M Ltd. ITCI is formed. The International Tractor Company of India (ITCI), a JV with International Harvester Company and Voltas Ltd. is formed with a license to manufacture 3,500 tractors.
