Hima Das (born 9 January 2000), nicknamed Dhing Express, is an Indian sprinter from the state of Assam. She holds the current Indian national record in 400 meters with a timing of 50.79 s that she clocked at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta , Indonesia.

Hima Das won the silver medal in the women’s 400m at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta. In the finals, she clocked 50.79 seconds – a national record till date. Hima was also part of the women’s 4x400m and 4x400m mixed relay teams which bagged Asian Games golds at Jakarta.
