    We strolled along the beach, which is a mixture of sand shingle rocks and seaweed. with industrial views of Par Harbour at one end. There are one or two interesting old beach huts in the dunes behind the sands. We then walked the other way to Polkerris and back. A great day out with super views over Par Sands from the Coast Path.
